Jill A. Stedina

Jill A. Stedina, 60, of Harmony passed away on Wednesday, Dec. 30, 2020, while under the care of UPMC Shadyside Hospital.

Born Sept. 2, 1960, in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of the late Ted Fessides and Grace Neil Fessides.

Jill was a former member of the Harmony-Zelienople United Methodist Church.

She was the assistant manager of the Zelienople Borough office.

She was also a 36-year member of the Order of the Eastern Star Chapter (OES) 485 of Zelienople.

Jill will be remembered for her giving nature and for helping others in need, which was displayed through her numerous charitable donations over the years.

In her free time, Jill enjoyed crossword puzzles and reading. She also adored animals and loved being the “Mom” to her son Roger’s friends.

She will be dearly missed and fondly remembered by all who knew her.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her husband of 38 years, Roger W. Stedina, whom she married on July 10, 1982; her children, Roger M. Stedina of Crafton, and Bethany Sietsma of North Carolina; her brother, Ted (Brenda) Fessides of Zelienople; her sister, Joyce Fessides of California; and her niece and nephews, Kari Bedillion, and Ted and Chris Fessides.

STEDINA — Friends of Jill A. Stedina, who died Wednesday, Dec. 30, 2020, were received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Boylan Funeral Home, 324 E. Grandview Ave., Zelienople. An Order of the Eastern Star service was held at 4 p.m. and was conducted by the Order of the Eastern Star Woodlawn Chapter 164 of Beaver.

A celebration of life service was held at 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home with Pastor Reid Moon officiating.

Jill was laid to rest at St. Peter’s Reformed Church Cemetery in Zelienople.
