North Catholic rolls to 55-7 football win

It was quite a night for Joey Prentice.

The North Catholic quarterback threw for 218 yards and four touchdowns and also rushed for 114 yards and two scores as the Trojans rolled to a 55-7 win over Derry Friday night.

Prentice threw three touchdown passes in the first quarter alone.

He found Jaren Thimons on a 10-yard strike, Nick Maher for a 19-yard score and Tyler Maziarz for a 58-yard touchdown.

Prentice later found Maher again on a 52-yard touchdown.

Prentice scored on runs of 6 and 52 yards. His last TD of the game put North Catholic up 48-7.

Maher caught four passes for 112 yards.

Kyle Tipinski and Jay Siket also had touchdown runs for North Catholic.
