Firefighters plan honor for Nanna brothers

CRANBERRY TWP — Two brothers who fought fires together will be laid to rest Tuesday. Mark Nanna, 57, passed away Wednesday evening, and Lee Nanna, 69, died Thursday morning, shortly after learning of his brother’s death. Both joined the Cranberry Township VFC in 1991. Mark served as fire chief from 2001 to 2004, and Lee as president in 1996 and 1997.

A firefighter service and final radio call will be at 7 p.m. Sunday at Boylan-Glenn-Kildoo Funeral Home. The obituaries are on Page C6.
