Good Friday breakfast planned

GIBSONIA — The Good Friday Women’s Breakfast is at 8 a.m. April 19 at Bakerstown United Methodist Church, 5760 William Flinn Highway.

Reservations are needed. The guest speaker is the Rev. Alyce Weaver Dunn. To register, call the church office at 724-443-3184. The deadline to register is Monday.

Families Forever seminar slated

A Families Forever seminar, offered by Lifesteps, will be from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Saturday at Lifesteps, 300 Stirling Village.

Families Forever teaches parents how to minimize the negative effects on children involved in divorce and custody.

Flashlight egg hunt planned

CRANBERRY TWP — Dutilh United Methodist Church, 1270 Dutilh Road, will host a flashlight egg hunt and movie night from 6:30 to 9 p.m. Friday. Children of all ages are welcome.

The evening will begin with crafts and activities, followed by a children’s movie.

Sarah Hogue, director of children’s ministry for Dutilh Church, said, “We have hundreds of eggs and are hoping kids will bring their Easter baskets and join us for the flashlight egg hunt.” The church is providing small flashlights for all the participants.
