Religion workshop slated for Sunday

CRANBERRY TWP — A workshop aimed at examining various religions and promoting understanding of those beliefs is scheduled from 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday in the Cranberry Township Municipal Center’s Council Chambers, 2525 Rochester Road.

The Cranberry Area Diversity Network will present the free, family-friendly workshop.

Representatives from the Buddhist, Christian, Hindu, Islamic and Jewish communities will explain the fundamentals of their beliefs and answer questions.

The program is visualized as the inaugural meeting of a series called “Come Together.”
