Zelie autism center updates schedule

ZELIENOPLE — Parents in Toto Autism Resource Center has announced its updated program schedule, which includes support groups and activities for toddlers through adults living with autism, and their friends, siblings and all family.

Support groups and activity days are free, while paid registration for the ICONz® program is required.

The support groups and activities include:

- Young Adult Group, ages 18 and up — 7 to 8:30 p.m. first and third Fridays of every month

- Boys Club, ages 7 to 12 — 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. second Friday

- Young Ladies Group, all ages— 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. second Saturday

- Yoga Helps!, all ages — 4:45 to 5:30 p.m. Thursdays

ICONz program

-The ICONz Social Understanding Program, middle school through young adults, begins this month

- Teens Group, ages 13 to 17 — 1 to 2:30 p.m. third Saturday

- Movie Day at Toto, all ages — 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. first Saturday

- Dungeons & Dragons Club, ages 13 and up — 1 to 2:30 p.m. third Saturday

- Recycled Art, all ages, including family/friends — 11:30 a.m. third Saturday

Manager’s coffee meeting scheduled

CRANBERRY TWP — The next Cranberry Manager’s Coffee and Conversation is planned for 11:30 a.m. Sept. 19 at Cranberry Highlands Clubhouse for an informal picnic lunch on the topic of redevelopment.

Cranberry is currently crafting a policy on sustainable redevelopment to stay in front of redevelopment issues. Topics to be discussed at the interactive get-together include projects currently in the pipeline, what types of development people would like to see coming into Cranberry, best uses of undeveloped land and how Cranberry can remain sustainable.
