Open House at Holy Sepulcher Catholic School January 29 and February 1
Holy Sepulcher School in Middlesex Twp. will hold an open house during Catholic Schools’ Week on Sunday, January 29, from noon–2 p.m., and again on Wednesday, February 1, from 6 p.m.–8 p.m.
“We are throwing open our doors to give parents and their children the opportunity to visit the school and see first-hand all the good things we have going on,” says the principal, Sister Anna Marie Gaglia, CSJ. “We have an exceptional school that is family-centered, with committed teachers and a rigorous academic environment.
“Moreover, we provide our students with a host of extracurricular activities that includes an outstanding sports program,” she says.
The open house will include campus tours, an opportunity to talk with the teachers, and a chance to meet current students and parents as well as Holy Sepulcher alumni.
Holy Sepulcher School, which is open to children of all faiths, offers small class size, affordable tuition, a seasoned and accomplished staff, Christian values and spiritual growth that includes Mass and daily prayer, after-school programs, activities and sports, and a preschool program and full-day kindergarten.
Holy Sepulcher School, a ministry of the Holy Sepulcher parish, was founded in 1960 and has a tradition of enriching faith, family and the community. Academically, students at Holy Sepulcher consistently score well above the national norm on standardized achievement tests.
Catholic Schools’ Week will be observed nationwide from January 29 to February 5, with the theme, “Faith, Academics and Service.” The Catholic schools of the Diocese of Pittsburgh have served western PA since 1828.
Holy Sepulcher School, 6515 Old Route 8, is located off Route 8 in Middlesex Township, just two miles north of the intersection of PA-228 and Pittsburgh Road/PA-8.
