MARS — Mars Community Council’s Parks and Recreation Study Committee will meet at 7 p.m. Thursday at the Mars School District administration office, 545 Route 228. Discussions will be led by Bob Good of Pashek Associates, hired to serve as a peer consultant to move forward with developing a community-wide parks and recreation plan.
